Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or support• For sales processes, pitch products/services and convert leads effectively• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards• Maintain accurate records and call logs in internal systems• Achieve assigned targets related to quality, productivity, and sales• Adhere to company policies, communication guidelines, and compliance norms
