Shakuniya Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team!
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀:
We provide end-to-end SaaS solutions across Live Streaming, ERP/CRM, HRM, FinTech, EdTech, Healthcare, and Corporate Communication platforms. We help businesses and creators automate operations, engage customers, and scale efficiently.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Support direct clients and manage day-to-day operations
• Assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with tech and product teams for escalations
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Graduate (Communication, IT, or Business preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in customer support / SaaS / app-based support
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems is a plus
