Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle and resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Update and manage customer interaction records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalated concerns
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage
