Role: Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive at Satmi, you will be the bridge between our brand and our community. Your empathetic communication and service-oriented mindset will help us create meaningful, positive interactions with customers who are seeking guidance, clarity, and support on their mindfulness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels
• Provide prompt, polite, and solution-oriented support
• Understand customer needs and offer accurate information about our products and experiences
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, content) for issue resolution
• Uphold Satmi’s values of mindfulness, empathy, and clarity in every interaction
• Assist in enhancing the overall customer support process

Requirements

• Graduation in relevant field 
• Good communication skills in 

  Hindi and English

• Ability to manage WhatsApp-based queries and calls
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and mindful in conversations
• Prior customer care experience preferred
• Basic understanding of phone/computer tools and CRM platforms (bonus)
