Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex concerns. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. ✅ RequirementsGender: Female candidates only (for team diversity or client preference). Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or support. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
