The Customer Support Executive will also be tasked with identifying trends in customer inquiries and feedback, sharing insights with the management team to help improve our services and products. Identifying trends in customer feedback and reporting them to management. Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in a customer support role or related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
