We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Support Executives (Chat Process) to handle customer queries via chat . The role requires good written English communication, a typing speed of 20–35 WPM, and basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries quickly and accurately, managing multiple chats, resolving or escalating issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates should be 12th pass/graduate, flexible to work in rotational shifts, and freshers are welcome.
