We’re Hiring: HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist (3–6 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist to ensure every new joiner feels welcomed, engaged, and set up for success, while keeping our processes compliant and future-ready.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Facilitate seamless onboarding from documentation to Day 1 induction

Coordinate with BGV vendors, maintain trackers & compliance records

Manage employee agreements, NDAs, IDs, and attendance setup

Monitor and resolve attendance-related issues promptly

Support incentive, engagement, and performance programs

Drive statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESI) and maintain accurate records

Keep HRIS updated.
