The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Resolving customer queries and complaints brought to your attention. Creating quotations and challans. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Maintaining a pleasant working environment. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone Requirements: BE/ B.Tech degree, computer science or engineering Knowledge of advance Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
