You’ll be the voice of Medinos - solving queries, guiding orders, and making sure customers get what they need, when they need it.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails and app chats
• Assist customers with orders, prescription uploads, and delivery status
• Resolve issues with empathy and speed
• Coordinate with store teams and riders to ensure timely dispatch
• Follow SOPs and provide feedback to improve customer experience
• Maintain records on CRM and follow-up systems

Requirements

• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience (lots of it!)
• Prior BPO/customer support experience preferred
• Tech-friendly – CRM, WhatsApp tools, order dashboards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
