Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barter Deal Manager located in Lucknow. The Barter Deal Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing barter deals with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth sales operations. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, financial planning and management of barter exchanges, and maintaining strong communication channels with clients and partners. Qualifications Proficient in Sales and Sales Operations Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and financial viability Excellent communication skills for negotiating and maintaining client relationships Finance knowledge for managing barter transactions and financial planning Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively on-site in Lucknow Show more Show less
