Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Assistance

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Listen to customer queries, complaints, and service requests patiently.
  • Provide accurate information about company services (logistics, relocation, document management, etc.).
  • Ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.

2. Service Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and billing to resolve customer concerns.
  • Track service requests and follow up until closure.
  • Schedule appointments or pickups as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Record all customer interactions and feedback in CRM or support systems.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call or service reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, service delays, and resolutions.
  • Support management with data for performance analysis.

4. Quality & Process Compliance

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service quality guidelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the senior support team.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone in all communications.

5. Skills Required

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and local languages.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
