Job Description

As a fresh graduate with exceptional communication skills, you are welcome to apply for the International Logistic Process role. This position requires excellent communication skills and offers lucrative incentives with training provided. You will be working 5 days a week in an inbound process environment. Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about services. - Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in the services provided. - Provide detailed information about products or services, addressing customer questions or concerns. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services to meet those needs. - Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of offerings to potential customers. - Answer questions about products or the company. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to achieve revenue targets. - Enter and update customer information in the database. - Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales. - Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information. - Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. - Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert inquiries into sales. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. - Develop a deep understanding of services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales/customer service role is a plus. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone. - Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent knowledge of English. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.,
