We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our NVOCC operations team. The role involves end-to-end customer coordination for export/import shipments, ensuring smooth documentation, timely communication, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding bookings, schedules, rates, and shipment status
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, ports, and internal operations teams
Handle booking confirmations, amendments, rollovers, and cancellations
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
Prepare, verify, and follow up on shipping documents (BL, invoices, DO, etc.)
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, trade regulations, and documentation requirements
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Shipping preferred)
14 years of experience in customer support or operations within an NVOCC, freight forwarding, or shipping line
Good knowledge of export/import processes and shipping documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills (email & verbal)
Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
