Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, schedules, rates, and shipment status
  
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents
  
• Assist in booking placement, amendments, rollovers, and cancellations
  
• Track export and import shipments and provide regular updates to customers
  
• Support preparation and follow-up of shipping documents such as BL, invoices, and DO
  
• Address customer issues and escalate operational concerns when required
  
• Maintain accurate records, emails, and reports in internal systems
  
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and service standards
  

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Shipping preferred)
  
• 03 years of experience in NVOCC, freight forwarding, or shipping line operations
  
• Basic understanding of export/import procedures and shipping documentation
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
