Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
  • Maintain daily call records and follow-up details
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email (if required)

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)
  • Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior experience in customer care / telecalling will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
