Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Remark HR is seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client and candidate queries related to recruitment and HR services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution, maintain strong relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and messages
• Respond to client and candidate queries professionally and promptly
• Provide information related to HR services, hiring status, and processes
• Coordinate between clients, candidates, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
• Follow up on pending queries and service requests
• Escalate issues to concerned departments when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support / Customer Care Executive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email handling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Good to Have

• Experience in HR consultancy or service industry
• Knowledge of recruitment & onboarding processes
• Ability to handle corporate clients and candidates professionally
• Immediate joiner preferred

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (freshers may apply)
