Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries and concerns for international clients.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer issues efficiently via voice or chat support.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.

Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (Customer Support)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Customer-first attitude with a focus on quality support.

Compensation:

Fresher:
15,000 Take Home
Experienced (up to 1 year+):
Up to 5.5 LPA (33,000 Take Home)

Shift & Work Schedule:

Rotational (including night shifts)
Work Days:
5 days a week
Weekly Offs:
2 rotational offs
