Customer Support Executive - Hindi

Experience:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi (English added advantage)
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues
  • Maintain professionalism and quality communication at all times

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Call Center
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication preferred
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
