Job Description

Customer Support Executive - Hindi We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Executive - Hindi
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and email
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support
Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
