Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their feedback, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with GameNation. Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Identify potential sales opportunities, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner to achieve individual and team sales targets Make Customer Connections: Engage directly with customers through outbound calls to gather insights, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Your proactive approach will enhance relationships and improve customer loyalty. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the sales approach. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the inbound sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance customer outreach initiatives. Prepare regular reports on outbound sales activities, lead status, and customer feedback for review by senior management. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on GameNation’s products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Gamenation is looking for a Gaming Console Technician to support the maintenance and repair of gaming consoles such as the PS4 and PS5. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in electronic repairs and a passion for working with gaming technology. Roles & Responsibilities Work involves checking and repairing PS4 and PS5 gaming consoles and controllers. Damaged parts need to be fixed or replaced. All devices must be tested properly before they are returned to customers. Basic knowledge of new gaming and mobile technology is an add-on. Records of each repair must be maintained, and spare part usage should be tracked. Any serious issues should be reported to the concerned team without delay. Work must be done following company rules and instructions. Requirements Minimum one year of experience in mobile or electronics repair is required. Basic understanding of gaming consoles and a passion for gaming is preferred. Should be able to communicate clearly with team members. Must know how to find and fix both hardware and software problems using tools. Work requires attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
