Key Responsibilities: Serve as a bridge between clients, vendors and internal departments (creative, media, operations, etc. Understand client briefs, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure timely delivery. Assist in developing campaign strategies, presentations, and media plans. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for campaign execution. Manage and maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups and updates. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of campaign performance. Keep track of timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth operations. Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings for client accounts. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to creative problem-solving. Qualifications: Strong verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude and ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in client handling, advertising, or campaign coordination is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
