Job Description

Responsibilities: Customer Assistance : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Help with setting up new services or upgrading existing ones. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for connectivity issues. Assist with billing questions and resolving billing issues. Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems. Support modem/router configurations and other network devices. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support. Account Management : Process service requests, including installations, cancellations, and plan changes. Update customer account information. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
