Job Designation :- NOC Engineer Job Location:- Raipur (CG) Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Monitoring NOC operations for overall health and availability of the network, timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels 2.To act as an escalation point for customer problems and questions via telephone, e-mail and face to face 3.To be escalation contact for service issues and out of hour issues 4.Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained 5.Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry 6.Lead internal projects to improve service 7.Conduct team reviews and be responsible for personal and career development of team members 8.Hands on knowledge of the following Routing Protocols :BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,RIP Switching Protocols :STP,RSTP,Port Channel,VTP,DHCP,ERPS Hardware and Software troubleshooting, OS troubleshooting and support, Familiarity with Security services including Antivirus, VPN Interested candidates can share their resume/CV on janhvi.p@elxer.com /+917716777744
