Senior Professional Services Consultant - EMEA

Were looking for an experienced Principal Professional Service Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Professional Services, youll be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of Zscaler Zero Trust Branch solutions, from initial discovery and design to final implementation and planning
• Configuring, integrating, validating, and troubleshooting complex Zscaler solutions across network, cloud, and security environments
• Delivering comprehensive training and detailed technical documentation to customer teams for successful solution adoption
• Collaborating proactively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support for seamless project delivery, and contributing to Professional Services best practices and pre-sales
• Maintaining current expertise with Zscaler product releases, platform updates, and evolving Zero Trust industry trends

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10 years experience in networking or network security, including specialized work in consulting or architectural design
• Expertise in designing and deploying secure enterprise networks, including routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS) and leading firewalls/VPNs (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
• Proficient in modern network architectures, encompassing cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN/SDN solutions (e.g., VeloCloud, NSX, ACI)
• Strong capability in network automation and programmability using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and API integration
• Practical experience with core network services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS) and Linux environments

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified expertise (CCIE, JNCIE, AWS, Azure, GCP Network Engineer) in NAC, SASE, Zero Trust, and regulated industry architectures
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders, demonstrating strong problem-solving and a customer-focused approach
• Proficient with Jira and similar collaboration tools
