Job Description

Act as single point of contact for the incidents. Understand and assess how the issue affects the customer. Manage Sev1/Sev2 Incident and compose internal communication.Supports all Network related Incidents, Problems, Change and Request Fulfilment.

Required Candidate profile

Must hold A Bachelors/Masters in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or similar.3-6 years of experience managing network infrastructure in NOCCCNA Certification must & ITILISP Exp is must.
