Job Role :- Site Supervisor - Solar Projects Job Location:- Raipur Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of solar project installations, including structure erection, civil and electrical work. 2.Ensure project milestones are met and adhere to approved budgets and timelines. 3.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects. 4.Implement and enforce strict safety standards and protocols on the job site. 5.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications. 6.Manage and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase. 7.Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained and maintained. 8.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and progress. 9.Supervise, motivate, and evaluate site workers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. 10.Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide insights and updates from the construction site.
