Qualification- Civil Diploma Holder
-Minimum 2 years of Experience required
-Males preferred
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
-Willing to Relocate based on the site requirements.
-Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, Handling purchases , and ensuring Staff attendence.
-Day-to-day planning of work and Explain the design to workers to get the described result or design.
-Develop and implement construction schedules and ensure work is completed within the specified time frame.
-Coordinate with the interior designers team, subcontractors, Vendors and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.
-Supervise and evaluate the performance of the construction workers and other staff members.
-Maintain detailed records of all construction activities and report to the Head office on day to day Basis.
-Coordinates with vendors to get the materials on time without effecting the work.
-Proper keeping of the stocks and reporting the same to the Head office on a daily basis.
-Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the construction process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
