We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work quality, coordinate with technicians, and manage client interactions. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily work at the site.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and other team members.
Ensure timely completion of installation and service activities.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Verify material requirements and manage inventory on site.
Maintain work schedules and update project progress reports.
Communicate with clients and provide status updates.
Handle basic troubleshooting and guide technicians whenever needed.
Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed at all times.
Report site issues, delays, or concerns to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Related fields.
1–3 years of experience in site supervision (automation, electrical, CCTV, or construction preferred).
Ability to read and understand drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of installation works (CCTV, automation, networking, etc. )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
