Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to handle interior and civil work projects from planning to execution. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring quality and cost efficiency throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage site activities for both civil and interior projects..
• Review drawings, material specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise site execution, quality checks, and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Monitor progress, track budgets, and prepare project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.
• Oversee procurement of materials related to civil and interior works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil and interior project management.
• Strong understanding of site coordination, finishing works, and project scheduling.
• Good knowledge of materials and work sequencing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
