Project Manager (Civil)

1. General Project Management

• Overall coordination and continuous follow-up of all project activities
• Management and coordination of Civil, MEP, Electrical, Lighting, HVAC, Telecom,

Low Voltage, and Landscaping works

• Acting as the central point of coordination between the Client, consultants,

contractors, and vendors

2. Technical Management

• Coordination and supervision of contractors’ works
• Monitoring contractor performance and recommending corrective actions where

contractual obligations are not met

• Review and evaluation of change requests, assisting in negotiations, and submitting

recommendations to the Client

• Certification and verification of contractors’ bills as per contract conditions
• Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports

3. Schedule Management

• Preparation of a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule identifying major

activities, milestones, and interdependencies

• Continuous monitoring, updating, and reporting of progress against the approved

schedule throughout the project duration

4. Construction Management

• Monitoring execution of works to ensure compliance with approved drawings,

specifications, and quality standards

5. Contract Administration

• Monitoring contractors’ progress and performance
• Administration and certification of monthly running bills
• Review and administration of variations and change orders
• Advising the Client on contractual issues, claims, and site execution challenges
• Submission of periodic reports to the Client

6. Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Establishment and implementation of a Quality Assurance / Quality Control QA/QC

system

• Ensuring works are executed as per specifications, approved drawings, and quality

standards

• Advising on the requirement of third-party or independent testing agencies where

necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Site Supervision: 5 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Hoshiarpur, Punjab (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
