Compensation (CTC) Total CTC: 36,342 (Fixed pay + PLI) Fixed Pay: 34,611 (IH 29,000 to 30,000) Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 1,731 Key Responsibilities Provide real-time, professional chat support to US/UK customers. Handle inquiries related to orders, services, and payments. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting defined performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of escalated issues.
