Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction

    : Respond to customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls promptly and professionally.
  • Order Management

    : Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Complaint Resolution

    : Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Product Guidance

    : Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Feedback Handling

    : Collect, document, and share customer feedback to improve services and operations.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms like Shopify.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure effectively.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes like order management and returns.
