About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive who is passionate about design, lifestyle products, and creating meaningful business relationships. Your primary focus will be to drive offline sales , forge B2B collaborations , and expand Clay Mango’s presence in the physical retail and interior design ecosystem . Key Responsibilities: Offline Sales Development Identify, approach, and onboard retail outlets, interior designers, architects, and hospitality businesses. Organize and execute in-store activations, exhibitions, and pop-up events to showcase our product range. Monitor and achieve sales targets through regular field visits and relationship building. Partnerships & Collaborations Build strategic partnerships with concept stores, lifestyle boutiques, cafes, and art galleries. Collaborate with interior stylists and influencers for brand placements in offline spaces. Maintain and grow relationships with existing collaborators and wholesale buyers. Marketing Strategy Execution Develop and implement localized offline marketing campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics. Coordinate with the creative team for POS materials, catalogs, and sample kits. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the home decor segment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in offline sales, B2B marketing, or business development (preferably in lifestyle or home decor brands). Strong network in the retail/home decor/interior design industry is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a design-driven, fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
