We're Hiring: HR Professional with Design & D2C Background we are on the lookout for a passionate HR professional who understands the pulse of design-driven and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. At Claymango, we’re building a design-first lifestyle brand that thrives on creativity, craftsmanship, and a unique customer experience. To take our team to the next level, we need someone who can help us hire world-class creative designers and professionals — from product designers and visual storytellers to brand strategists and marketing minds. What you’ll do: 〰️ Lead the hiring strategy for creative and business roles. 〰️ Build pipelines of exceptional talent from design schools, creative platforms, and the D2C space. 〰️ Understand the aesthetic and cultural alignment needed for our brand. 〰️ Work closely with me and the core team to shape a strong, agile culture. You should have: 〰️ Prior experience hiring for design or D2C brands (preferably lifestyle, fashion, or home decor). 〰️ A strong eye for creative talent and portfolio assessment. 〰️ Ability to tap into niche creative communities and networks. 〰️ Passion for design, people, and building something meaningful.
