Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele caller at VC InMotions Private Limited, Mumbai for US process (Voice - Outbound & Inbound).

The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to our existing customers, explaining them our new products or services, and convince them for more orders of our different new products.

Job Responsibilities

-Customer Interaction: Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding product display and inventory status.

- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related concerns.

- Inventory Coordination: Communicate with the store manager to ensure accurate inventory records and timely restocking of products.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, customer feedback, and inventory status

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills with an international English accent specially American.

* Good phone etiquette and customer service skills

* Ability to work well in a team

* Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus

* Educational qualification - Any graduate

* Relevant experience - minimum 1 year in International voice process, preferably in customer support through tele-calling.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a computer and Excel.

* Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned work hours.

Salary - No bar. As per interview and experience

Work location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Work time: as per US time zone. 5:30pm to 2:30am
