Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Helps customer via chat/email with desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Should also be familiar with semi-voice process, so that employee should out call the customer whenever required.
  • Determines requirements by working with customers.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions

Skills and Abilities

  • Basic email/chat etiquettes and basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to write, read and speak English and Hindi to suit business need
  • Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi
  • Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
  • Customer Focus and Being Attentive
  • Typing speed should be more than 36 per min; accuracy should be more than 95%.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation is mandate

  • Min 12 Months exp (Email/Chat ticket syste / tool / application handling

    )
  • Client Handling experience

  • Immediate Joiners preferred
