Job Objective:

To bring dedicated focus on local customers and grow the business.

Customer Support (Operations)

Reporting To:

Manager - SIOP

Qualifications Required:

Diploma or BE (Mechanical/Electrical) from AICTE-approved institution

Experience Required:

35 years in Customer Support/Commercial/Inside Sales

Age Criteria:

2028 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer order and sales management processes independently
  • Execute JDE/MRP transactions for order booking and confirmations
  • Coordinate with commercial, logistics, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage MIS reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Effective customer communication and follow-up
  • Work on order-related technical and commercial documentation
  • Implement best practices in customer response/service
  • Maintain ABG/PBG documentation and financial coordination
