Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: 12th pass.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.Provide accurate product, service & policy information.Use CRM tools effectively.Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
