Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting our team to enhance user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, facilitating user sign-ups, and managing dealer requests to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Guide potential users through the sign-up process and resolve any issues they encounter.
Manage dealer requests, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Maintain and update customer records in our database.
Collaborate with the team to identify and address common customer concerns.
Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of client relationship processes.

Qualifications:

Strong communcation skills,both verbal and written
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers
Abillity to multitask and prioritze effectively
A proactive and problem solving mindset
Prompt and vigilant in addressing customer concerns and managing tasks
