Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior NLP Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team at Archstore, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in named entity recognition (NER) and ontology design.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop NLP models for entity recognition and classification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP capabilities into existing systems.
Develop and maintain large-scale datasets for training and testing NLP models.
Implement data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality input for models.
Conduct thorough analysis of model performance and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and apply this knowledge to improve our products.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including text representation, feature extraction, and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java is required.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
