Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. They will also process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Our ideal candidate has a patient and empathetic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
