Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Engineer role located in Pune. As a Customer Support Engineer at SBEM, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting technical problems, documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services.


Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Technical proficiency in level and flow measuring instruments is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or technical field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
