Customer Support Engineer

About The Role:

What You'll Do:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field/equivalent practical experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or integration support role.
• Hands-on experience with supporting integration of Zendesk, Salesforce,Freshdesk, Google Drive/Mail/Meet or other enterprise support/CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between SaaS tools.
• Experience debugging ETL pipelines across distributed systems and enterprise support/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)for debugging and triaging.
• Solid understanding of JSON payloads, DataDog logs, REST APIs,POSTMAN and integration patterns.
• Strong customer empathy, troubleshooting skills, and a bias for action.
• Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and integration guides
• Work experience with global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience supporting or working on Agentic AI systems, LLMs, or AI copilots.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and build tools.
• Exposure to customer support systems and experience collaborating with support/customer success teams.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from logs and telemetry data.
• Knowledge of Typescript, Python,SQL,GoLang for debugging, investigation, and lightweight patching.
