Role: Customer Support Engineer

Operations Assurance delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and govern
SLA/KPI performance
, including establishment and maintenance of WLA/OLA, service reviews, reporting, and improvement actions.
Act as
single point of contact for major incidents

Ensure effective
preventive maintenance planning
, impact assessment, and partner communication for scheduled activities.
Lead
service delivery efficiency initiatives
, including automation, process optimization, and cross-unit improvement plans.
Support
introduction of new services
, defining processes, SLAs, and metrics in collaboration with delivery and engineering teams.
Ensure strong
process and program governance
