Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate, your role will involve assisting customers through live chat and email with strong English communication skills. You will need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms effectively. - Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly. - Ensure high-quality interactions to maintain customer satisfaction. - Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed. - Meet performance targets including response time and resolution quality. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream. - Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. - Previous experience in BPO, Chat Support, or Customer Support is preferred. - Good typing speed and ability to multitask efficiently. - Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. In addition to the above details, the company offers a work schedule from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) with a 1-hour break included. The compensation for this position will be based on experience.
