About the Role

Customer Support Associates

freshers


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries through 

    email, chat, or ticketing tools

    .
  • Deliver accurate and complete information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Research and resolve issues using internal systems and resources.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Achieve defined targets for quality, response time, and productivity.
  • Uphold company and client data-security standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.


Required Qualifications

  • Education:

     Minimum 

    12th Pass

     or 

    Graduate in any discipline

    .
  • Experience:

     

    Freshers and experienced candidates

     both can apply.
  • Communication:

     Strong written English with proper grammar and tone.
  • Typing:

     Minimum 

    25–30 WPM

     with good accuracy.
  • Computer Skills:

     Basic knowledge of MS Office, browsers, and online tools.
  • Shift Requirement:

     

    Night Shift Compulsory

     (rotational schedule as per client location).
  • Other:

     Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.


Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range:

     ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
  • Travel Allowance:

     Provided for daily commute.
  • Overtime Bonus:

     Paid for approved extra working hours.
  • Performance Incentives:

     Monthly rewards for meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Work Schedule:

     

    5-Day Working Week

     with two rotational weekly offs.
  • Paid Leaves:
