As a Customer Support Executive specializing in Merchant KYC Onboarding at Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to merchants for their account activation KYC for onboarding - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas of the company's services that need improvement - Communicating through various mediums for offers, updates, and more - Dealing with customer issues and providing easy-to-follow solutions - Assisting customers in choosing the right product based on their requirements and budget - Addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly - Informing customers about upcoming promotions or deals - Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers, whether in person or via phone - Generating reports based on customer satisfaction statistics to aid in the development of new skills within the team - Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: 12th pass to pursuing graduation - Language proficiency: Good command over English Please note that good communication skills and the ability to join immediately are essential for this position.
