Job Title: KYC Voice Process Executive Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon Salary: ₹ 24000-26,000 per month Joining: Immediate Job Description: Handle inbound/outbound voice calls related to KYC verification for banking/financial services. Verify customer identity documents as per regulatory guidelines. Assist customers in completing KYC formalities over the call. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data. Ensure adherence to compliance and process standards. Coordinate with other teams for smooth process flow and issue resolution. Requirements: Graduate (any stream). Experience in FinTech or Banking sector preferred. Good communication skills in English/Hindi. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to join immediately.
