Job Description

Job Title: KYC Voice Process Executive
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹ 24000-28,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls related to KYC verification for banking/financial services.
Verify customer identity documents as per regulatory guidelines.
Assist customers in completing KYC formalities over the call .
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
Ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
Coordinate with other teams for smooth process flow and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream).
Experience in FinTech or Banking sector preferred.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to join immediately.
